Each wave rider collects their own sponsors to donate the amount of their choosing for them to have
16 days to catch
Step 1: Register
Sign up with your details to start collecting sponsors. Make sure to attend on 11 December to confirm your registration and pick up your free Swag Bag (for the first 100 earning registrants).
Step 2: Collect Sponsors
Collect as many friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc as you can to make a donation for you to catch waves, raise awareness, and advocate for victims of Gender-based Violence.
Step 3: Catch waves
During 16 days of activism (25 November to 10 December) catch waves, and fulfill your commitment to your sponsors. Paddle out and Stand Up against GBV. Don’t forget to share your stoke and tag @16_waves!
Step 4: make your donation
ALL proceeds go to the S-Cape safe house and benefit victims of Gender-based Violence. Total funds raised can be made by Bank Card or Snapscan on the day of the Paddle Out event or by EFT

Hosted by Surf Emporium in Muizenberg on 11 December. Registration Confirmation, Swag Bag collection, and fund submission from 930am-11am. Community Paddle Out in advocation against Gender-based Violence.
All proceeds go to the S-Cape safe house for trafficked women and children.
